The system consists of a displacement table unit, a laser control unit, and a temperature control unit, and can be used for in-situ excitation testing such as two-dimensional material atomic force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
Displacement table unit: XY axis displacement stroke ± 6.5mm, sample operating arm, vacuum suction sample, sample size 10x10x1mm (transparent area 6x6mm, size can be customized); Equipped with a built-in semiconductor cooler and a mounting base for a φ 5.6 laser diode; Install magnetic suction base, which can be fixed on various metal platform sides;
Laser control unit: laser diode current controller, maximum 500mA (system uses 375nm laser diode, other wavelengths are optional); Fine tune the collimation and focusing by turning the screw knobs C and F respectively. Rotate the C and F knobs once for a displacement of 0.5mm. When rotating clockwise, the mirror height of the focusing and collimation will decrease.
Temperature control unit: Set the working temperature of the laser diode to 20-30 ℃ (can maintain a lower temperature), and turn on the fan to adjust the temperature of the displacement table.
